Skilled Nursing
Licensed by the Nebraska Department of Health, Tiffany Square is staffed by people who are professionally and technically trained to provide intermediate through skilled nursing care. Our facility is also Medicare Certified, allowing some residents requiring skilled care to qualify for assistance from the federal government.

Our care planning and services emphasize restorative care. We are eager for our guests to regain as much independence as possible in performing their activities of daily living. We are here to encourage, assist, and comfort our residents as they strive to continue a life of dignity and individuality within a protected environment.

Therapies and Health Services
Cooperation with local health care providers and specialists allow Tiffany Square to make a variety of therapies and special services available to each resident. These include physical, speech, occupational, and recreational therapies, as well as dental, podiatry, laboratory, and x-ray services.

Rehabilitation Center
Restore, rejuvenate and renew is the focus of the newly constructed 10,000 square foot rehabilitation center designed for short-term stay individuals to resume healthy lifestyles.
You will feel right at home in the welcoming traditional décor. Each room is equipped with a flat screen television, telephone and CD player.

You can relax with your guests at the table inside the room or in a comfy recliner. Join others in the cozy hearth area and watch your favorite programs on a 36" television and DVD player, participate in a game of scrabble or visit in front of the fireplace, just like at home.

Enjoy bountiful gourmet meals in the private dining room with a beautifully manicured courtyard view. Relax while you experience nature in the courtyard's charming gazebo after a whirlpool bath in the spa, complete with a heated ceramic tile floor and fluffy warm towels.

Physical Therapy
Residents experience the restorative benefits of physical therapy in the newly remodeled physical therapy suite. Skilled physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists support resident's therapeutic needs with the most progressive therapies.

Accommodations
Our beautiful facility offers semi-private, private and deluxe private rooms, all equipped with a nurse call system. Telephone, cable TV, and oak cabinets and furnishings are also available.

Appealing and nutritious meals are served menu-style in our spacious dining room, with a private dining room available for guests. Snacks and an ice cream parlor are additional treats!
